Dr. Glover has over 20 years of experience practicing veterinary medicine, and has been the owner of Live Oak Veterinary Clinic for the past 8-years! She graduated from the University of Missouri, College of Veterinary Medicine in 1993. She was born and raised in Missouri, and came to South Carolina in 1995. She and her husband Ed were married in 1998, and they have two sons, Brock (10) and Braden (12). Their dog Blanco, and their kitties, Joplin, Jett, Eden and Tiger, make life around the Glover household very interesting. In her spare time, Dr. Glover enjoys spending time with her family, scrap booking, and attending Clemson football games! GO TIGERS!!!
Whitney has been a receptionist with Live Oak Veterinary clinic for the past 9 years. She was born and raised in Oak Island, NC. She and her husband Ronald have been married for the past 32 years, and they moved to South Carolina in 1995. They have two children, Kevin (30) and Melanie (25), a granddaughter McKenzie (2), and too many four-legged family members to count! In her spare time she enjoys reading, trips to the beach and shopping.
Tiffany has been with Live Oak Veterinary Clinic for over three years now. She was born in North Carolina, grew up here in Moncks Corner, SC, and attended Berkeley High School until she graduated in 2011. She has one sister and one brother never mind Lucky, Spike, and Gizmo, her extended 4 legged family. Tiffany graduated Sum cum laud from Miller Motte in 2013 with a degree in surgtech. In her spare time she enjoys outdoor sports such as swimming and boating as well as quiet time doing jigsaw puzzles.
Kate joined us in August, with an extensive resume. She started in the veterinary field in 2004, graduated from Trident Technical College in 2013, where she served as Vice-President of the Vet Tech Club, earned the SCAVT Student Leadership Award, and was part of the Student Advisory Board. After passing both the National and State Exams, Kate became a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT). During her career, Kate has worked in General Practice, Spay/Neuter Clinics, and Emergency Medicine. Kate has also held the position of Lead Surgery Technician and Inventory Manager. Wanting to further her education, Kate has been back in school earning her Bachelors in Veterinary Technology, with a focus in Hospital Administration. Once she graduates, Kate plans to undergo the rigorous testing process and earn the title Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM). When she isn't working, Kate enjoys spending time with her husband, Todd, daughter, Olivia (3), their 5 cats, and 8 chickens!
Although Victoria was born in South Carolina, she was raised all over the U.S, and is a true "military brat"! After graduating from Berkeley High school, Victoria enrolled at Trident Technical College, where is plans to earn her Associate in Applied Science; Veterinary Technology. Victoria joined the Live Oak Veterinary Clinic family in the beginning of 2017, and is thriving here! One of her favorite memories includes an emergency blood transfusion completed in the clinic, that she was able to assist with. As a true dog lover, a perfect day for Victoria consists of snuggling on the couch with her dogs and fiance.
Ashley joined the Live Oak Veterinary family in April 2016, and has been loving every moment spent in the clinic. After being homeschooled until graduation, Ashley started earning her Associates in Applied Science; Veterinary Technology through Pen Foster. Ashley's goal is to earn her degree in Veterinary Technology and Business Management, and open her own hound dog rescue! Ashley's family consists of her husband, and dogs. One of her favorite aspects of veterinary medicine is assisting in surgery, and Ashley is looking forward to continue learning and growing while she is here at Live Oak Veterinary Clinic.
Erin joins us with 13 years of experience in veterinary medicine! She graduated with her Bachelors in Applied Science; Veterinary Technology from Suffolk County Community College. Erin was born in Bronx, raised on Long Island, NY, and moved down to South Carolina 4 years ago. Erin's clinical experience includes working as a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) in NY at Bayshore Animal Hospital and Banfield, as well as Head Technician & Office Manager at Animal Wellness Center, where she held that position for 9 years. When Erin isn't working hard making a difference in the life of her patients, you can find her with her large family. Erin and her husband, Mike, share their home with their two beautiful children, Rachel (5) and Raiden (11), their three bulldogs, and a frog! During her free time Erin also breeds bulldogs, and enjoys reading at the beach. When looking back over her veterinary career, Erin's most memorable moments are volunteering at the primate sanctuary and turtle rescue in NY. If money wasn't a concern, Erin would spend her life traveling, swimming with dolphins, and working at a zoo as a veterinary technician.
